How to boot back to Windows when MBR loses the NTFS Control.

Question: How to boot back to Windows when MBR loses the NTFS Control.

Solution: Note: U can boot only Windows and not Linux Version or Vice a Versa in such an Extreme Case

Right now the MBR is pointing to EXT3(LINUX) partition
It should be fine if linux does not load However the OLD BCD or Boot.ini is recovered by the use of "FixMBR" utility to revert back to windows. All this is Risky!!
Probable Risk: Data Loss!

Procedure:
1.Use the Windows XP CD and select the 1st repair option-You will find Command Prompt

Note: need "administrator" Password
2. once Admin Password is successful
use command fixmbr/?
3. use the appropriate option for <fixmbr -f/-r etc.>
and then the MBR will point to the NTFS Loc
